Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering, technical, management, or scientific discipline required.
• Experience in regulated industries such as 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience with trend and Pareto analysis and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Hires, manages, and mentors direct reports including performance reviews.
• Provides leadership and training support on processes and procedures.
• Schedules work to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Establishes and tracks daily team metrics to meet targets.
• Performs complex tasks to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborates with Quality Engineers on inspection procedures and troubleshooting.
• Develops standards to meet quality specs and recommends procedural changes.
• Reviews DHRs, inspection records, non-conformances and deviations.
