Qualifications

• Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
• Proficiency in operating standard laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to document findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses on samples using established protocols and SOPs.
• Prepare and handle laboratory samples, ensuring proper labelling, storage and documentation.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration and troubleshooting when necessary.
• Record and manage laboratory data accurately, maintaining detailed records and reports.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised laboratory workspace.
• Assist in quality control procedures and ensure compliance with laboratory standards and regulations.
• Support senior laboratory staff in conducting experiments and research activities.
• Clean and sterilise laboratory equipment and materials as required.
• communicated findings and observations to team members and management in a clear and professional manner
