Job summary

GSF Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Account and Finance Executive to join our growing finance team based in Puchong Jaya, Selangor. In this role you will manage day-to-day accounting operations, support financial reporting, and help ensure compliance with accounting standards.

You will work with the finance team to maintain accurate records, perform bank reconciliations, process invoices, assist with payroll, and liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and financial transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
