The ideal candidate has coating experience, strong attention to detail, and a good grasp of health and safety practices in production environments. Training and protective equipment are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sprayer in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of spray equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and consistency.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in manufacturing.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate spray equipment and machinery to apply coatings, paint, or finishes.
• Prepare work areas and protect surfaces from overspray.
• Mix and prepare coating materials to required consistency and colour.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and specs.
• Monitor spray equipment for optimal performance and maintenance needs.
• Follow health and safety protocols and wear protective gear.
• Document production activity and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Clean and maintain spray equipment and workstations.
