Job summary

Oxford Precision Sdn Bhd in Sungai Petani, Kedah is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. This full-time role involves developing, testing, and optimizing CNC programmes that drive our precision machining equipment.

Responsibilities include operating and setting up CNC milling and turning machines, reading engineering drawings, and ensuring dimensional accuracy. Candidates should read drawings, use AutoCAD/CAM, work with production and QA to meet daily targets and

Qualifications

MinimumSPM / Diploma or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in CNC machining, fresh graduates are welcome to apply (for beginning Level)
Experience operating or setting up CNC machines and production processes.
Able to read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
Knowledge of machine setup, tooling, and production processes. Able to use AutoCAD / CAM software.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and as part of team
Willing to work shifts and overtime when required

Responsibilities

Operate and set up production machines such as CNC Milling, CNC Turning according to production requirements.
Generate Programs perform machine / tooling setup, material loading, and parameter adjustments.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions accurately.
Monitor machine operation and production processes to ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy.
Work closely with Production and QA team to achieve daily production targets and meet delivery schedules.
