Vcorp Capital Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven financial professional to join its corporate finance and investments team in Kuala Lumpur. This role covers end-to-end deal execution—from origination and valuation to negotiation and closing—in IPOs, mergers, and private equity investments.

The position emphasizes financial modeling, due diligence, and deal documentation, with opportunities to monitor portfolios and analyze market trends in a high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business with a strong quantitative background.
• Experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or related advisory is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation (DCF, comps, precedents), and deal analysis.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support deal execution across IPOs, equity investments, M&A, and debt financing.
• Build detailed financial models, perform valuation and deal structuring.
• Assist due diligence and coordinate with legal, tax, and technical advisors.
• Prepare investment decks, pitchbooks, and transaction documents.
• Support pre-IPO advisory and monitor investment portfolios; track market trends.
