Job summary

SCS Global Advisory (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a proactive Corporate Finance Analyst to assist IPO prep, M&A support, due diligence and capital market communications. You will prepare filings, prospectuses, MD&A and investor materials.

You'll analyze quarterly results, monitor market trends, and support engagement with listed companies, advisers and investors, while ensuring compliance with Bursa Malaysia rules. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in finance or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Interest in corporate finance, investor communications and capital markets in Malaysia.
• Good analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous, responsible and able to work under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Finance Manager in IPO, M&A, due diligence and capital market services.
• Assist in preparing IPO documents, prospectuses, MD&A and related materials.
• Prepare quarterly results presentations, investor materials and market benchmarking.
• Monitor clients’ financial performance, market trends and valuation benchmarks.
• Conduct business valuation using standard methodologies including DCF and comps.
• Ensure compliance with Bursa Malaysia and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate discussions with clients, advisers and investors.
• Support investor engagement activities including meetings and briefings.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism and confidentiality.
