Job summary

Responsibilities include diligent file reviews, accurate reserving, handling appeals, and identifying potential fraud for referrals to the appropriate teams.

• Pursuing Diploma or Degree or Professional Qualification in Insurance.

• Ensure claims appeal from any parties/complaints are attended and respond within the benchmark set by the department.
• Provide quality, prompt and courteous service to meet customer satisfaction.
• To ensure outstanding claim files are reviewed regularly and ensure claim reserves are adequate with status updated.
• Handle incoming enquiries from internal or external parties via emails, phone calls and letters.
• Identifying potential fraud and make appropriate referrals.
