Qualifications

• Current recent graduate in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design or social media analytics tools is an advantage.
• A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for learning in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates who have not yet completed a graduate degree but can demonstrate strong skills and commitment will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Keep the work moving: provide day-to-day account support and assist to keep multiple projects on track.
• Draft and edit press materials, briefing books, coverage reports, pitch notes, fact sheets, and client correspondence.
• Monitor media and social conversations; analyze sentiment and surface opportunities for story development.
• Build content that lands: co-create press materials, Q&As, and toolkits; tailor messages to channels and audiences.
• Assist with planning and executing events: coordinate vendors and venues, build run-of-show, host on-site media tours, and deliver post-event readouts.
