Job summary

Wiwynn Technology Service Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Production Quality professional to coordinate the PQA team, resolve manufacturing quality issues, and drive corrective actions across cross-functional teams. You will monitor yield rates, lead audits, and ensure adherence to control plans.

The role requires 3–5 years in production/manufacturing quality, with strong knowledge of FAI, FPY, CAPA and 8D methodologies. Supervisory experience is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field).
• 3–5 years of experience in Production Quality / Manufacturing Quality; supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (FAI, FPY, yield analysis, control plan, CAPA, 8D).
• Experience handling customer audits, quality complaints and RMA processes.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management systems.

Job description

Coordinate the PQA team to resolve production quality issues and ensure timely issue closure with effective corrective actions.

Collect, analyze and review product yield rates; drive continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Lead and support customer Quality Process Audits (QPA) and Quality System Audits (QSA).

Handle customer quality complaints and coordinate internal teams to investigate, respond and close issues.

Assist Manufacturing Product Management (MPM) in addressing customer quality-related requirements and expectations.

Establish and maintain quality control plans; ensure manufacturing processes comply with defined control plan requirements.

Review RMA status and trends, and drive improvement actions to reduce recurrence.

Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) and prepare complete FAI reports according to customer requirements.

Lead weekly FPY (First Pass Yield) review meetings with customers to monitor performance and align on quality targets.

Manage and guide PQA engineers, including manpower planning, job scope review and performance effectiveness.

Job Requirements
