Job summary

Eaton in Malaysia, Selangor, is seeking a Sales Manager for Power Solutions to drive PTU and related power-conditioning offerings. The role focuses on solution sales to end users, contractors, and data centers, combining technical knowledge with strategic account development.

You will lead in applying technical design concepts for PTU, SKID, MV/LV distribution, and UPS systems, build networks with EPCs and data-centre operators, and deliver agreed sales targets while upholding Eaton's quality

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
5+ years in related fields
Network with EPCs, Contractors
Network with Data Centre Operators
Technical Selling for Power Distribution Assembly
Knowledge in Power Quality & Power Distribution Solutions and System
Knowledge in Power Distribution Components

Responsibilities

A Drives Solution Business through End User, Turnkey Contractor, Electrical Contractor, or Project Distributor.
B Consultantive Sales Approach with extensive technical design knowledge in PTU, SKID, Power Distribution (MV/LV) and UPS conforming to IEC.
C Lead in developing product application knowledge with customer, including PTU and related components.
D Build strong business acumen and connectors to develop Data Center, Manufacturing, and critical facilities segments.
E Deliver assigned sales targets.
F Maintain and improve Quality Management System per Eaton standards.
