Job summary

SKF Bearing Industries (M) Sdn Bhd, located in Nilai, Malaysia, seeks an IT Trainee to help develop business applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. You will work closely with the Business Excellence team to digitalize manual processes and improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with databases, programming concepts, or SQL is an added advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Support workflow automation through Microsoft Power Automate.
• Integrate applications with SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Excel, and other Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Perform application testing, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Prepare user guides and basic technical documentation.
• Support process improvement and digitalization projects across the organization.
