Job summary

OX Human Resources Consultancies seeks a skilled Power BI Developer to design, build, and maintain dashboards that translate complex business data into clear visuals. You will work with stakeholders to confirm KPI definitions, data sources, and access controls, delivering scalable reporting solutions.

The role requires expert knowledge of Power BI Desktop/Service, DAX, Power Query, and SQL, with a focus on performance and actionable insights for management and operations.

Qualifications

• Strong data-visualization and dashboard design skills.
• Good stakeholder communication, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Strong working knowledge of DAX and Power Query.
• Proficiency in SQL with the ability to extract, integrate, and validate data.
• Understanding of fact tables, dimension tables, star schemas, and data-modelling principles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production-ready Power BI dashboards within agreed timelines.
• Translate business requirements into clear data models and dashboard pages.
• Develop KPI definitions, calculations, and time intelligence using DAX.
• Design dashboard layouts, filters, interactions, and role-based access.
• Maintain and optimize dashboards for performance and user experience.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and stakeholder sign-off.
