Job summary

Western Digital MY is seeking a Post Sputter Engineer to develop and enhance post-sputter processes with emphasis on lubrication and tape polish. You will qualify new processes by collecting data and applying statistical tools to interpret results.

You will participate in and lead NPI task forces, coordinate NPI runs in the post-sputter area, and document processes, procedures, and best practices to support manufacturing excellence.
