Responsibilities

Develop post sputter engineering processes with lubrication and tape polish.
Qualify new processes using data and statistics.
Lead NPI tasks and coordinate post-sputter runs.
Document processes and best practices.
Utilize Minitab and Spotfire for data-driven decisions.
Lead FMEA, Process Verification, IMS activities in post-sputter area.
Collaborate with Maintenance Eng, QA, Analytics, and other teams for process improvements.
