Job summary

Dyson is seeking a role that links Change Management and Quality insights across the product lifecycle. You will assist the Market Delivery Manager by reviewing Change Requests and evaluating Technical Service Bulletin needs from global teams, guiding customer service readiness from launch to end of life.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Commercial, Refurb, Service Design, Quality, Operations and Supply Chain to track changes, update communications, and ensure timely delivery.

About Us

This is a critical role with responsibilities linking Change Management and Quality insights regarding product change and how to communicate to Customer service Teams globally. Assisting Market Delivery Manager reviewing Change Requests, analysing any impact for Customer Service. Working with several teams across the business enabling effective Aftersales and Service customer functions teams readiness from launch through to end of life.

About The Role

To assist Market Delivery Manager reviewing Change Requests, analysing any impact for Customer Service. To evaluate Technical Service Bulletin requests from global teams and post launch End of Supply/Retirement process.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and Analyze Change Requests (CPM/NPD changes) weekly agendas.
• Review Post Launch changes and implementation into Markets (Quality fixes to prevent exchanges).
• Work with Supply chain and Customer function on End of Life and End of Supply requests.
