Job summary

EPOS Pte. Ltd. in Malaysia is seeking a Senior POSM designer to join our design team. You will create compelling brand content, ensure consistency with guidelines, and manage end-to-end projects from concept to production.

You will collaborate with the creative team, coordinate with printing facilities for large-format and offline displays, and leverage AI tools to boost creative efficiency while meeting tight deadlines.

We are looking for a Senior POSM designer to join our design team!

Job Responsibilities

• Creative Brand Content: Design innovative brand visual content, including but not limited to graphic design, visual effects, social media assets, and basic photo/video editing.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all design outputs strictly adhere to brand visual guidelines, maintaining a high level of consistency and aesthetic innovation.
• End-to-End Project Management: Independently manage the entire design lifecycle—from initial creative conceptualization to final production and delivery.
• Collaborative Development: Work closely with the creative team to participate in brainstorming sessions and design development.
• Technical Production & Communication: * Liaise effectively with team leads and stakeholders regarding design concepts.
• Expertly manage the full printing process: Coordinate with printing factories for large-format printing, high-res indoor graphics, Pantone color matching, and silk screening.
• Oversee material selection and quality control for offline retail displays (Mobile/O2O stores) and promotional flyers.
• Ad-hoc Support: Complete other design-related tasks as assigned by department leadership.

Requirements

• Software Mastery: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Collaboration Tools: Experienced in using Figma or similar collaborative design platforms.
• AI Integration: Familiarity with AI generative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or Firefly) to enhance creative efficiency.
• Industry Insight: A keen eye for branding and visual trends, with the ability to translate market needs into innovative designs.
• Production Expertise: Deep knowledge of offset printing (胶印), material properties, and the technical requirements for offline retail marketing materials.
• Operational Excellence: Highly organized with extreme attention to detail; able to maintain high productivity and creativity under tight deadlines.
• Professionalism: Proactive, highly responsible, and dedicated to delivering quality work while following team workflows
