Job summary

Adecco Outsourcing Recruitment represents our client, a women-owned wellness brand, at its Mid Valley pop-up in Kuala Lumpur. You will engage shoppers, recommend products and support campaigns to hit daily targets.

Prepare samples, explain product features from approved materials, keep the sampling station clean, and manage stock movements and reports. The role requires retail or customer service experience, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work rostered weekday, weekend and public

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales promotion, customer service or a similar role.
• Confident engaging customers and driven by sales targets.
• Able to learn a broad product range and explain it clearly.
• Willing to prepare samples and clean equipment.
• Reliable, punctual and able to commit to a 6‑month assignment and rostered shifts.
• Comfortable working towards measurable sales KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Approach shoppers, identify needs, recommend products and support campaigns to achieve targets.
• Explain product features using approved training materials and avoid unapproved claims.
• Prepare supplement drinks at opening and maintain sampling station hygienically.
• Clean drink dispensers at closing and leave equipment ready for the next day.
• Track stock by product, reconcile daily inventory and flag shortages.
• Submit accurate sales and attendance reports to track performance and incentives.
• Complete opening/closing tasks and keep booth displays clean and organized.
