Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years of relevant industrial or laboratory experience in polymers, adhesives, plastics, extrusion, coating, lamination or related fields will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of chemistry, polymer materials and material properties.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Testing and data analysis of polymer materials to meet required specifications and regulatory standards.
• Improved productivity data collection and management.
• Exploratory and investigative data analysis.
• Statistical analysis and interpretation reporting.
• Providing performance insights and recommendations.
• Develop, test, and optimize polymer formulations for adhesives, plastic extrusion, and other applications.
• Stay current with advancements in polymer science and technology to keep the company competitive.
• Conduct experiments and analysing data related to adhesive performance and material properties.
• Work on process optimization for dry lamination and extrusion lamination processes.
• Managing technical documentation and reporting findings to the manager.
• Troubleshoot customer complaints and NCRs related to product quality.
