Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering or Materials Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–3 years of manufacturing/chemical experience have an advantage.
- Good knowledge of chemical testing, laboratory procedures and material analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop, formulate and improve chemical formulations, coatings, adhesives, laminates and related materials.
- Conduct laboratory testing and evaluation of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products.
- Monitor chemical parameters to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Perform chemical analysis, testing and troubleshooting when products do not meet specs.
- Support new product development, product improvement and process optimisation.
