Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, Law, Public Administration, International Relations, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• Interest in government relations, regulatory affairs, and financial services policy is essential.
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills are required.
• Ability to synthesise complex information into clear briefs and policy notes.
• Proactive engagement with stakeholders and teams is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct policy research on regulatory developments affecting the insurance and financial services sector.
• Support engagement with government agencies, regulators, and industry bodies.
• Monitor policy developments and provide timely updates to the team.
• Assist in developing policy papers, briefing notes, and stakeholder materials.
• Help organise stakeholder events and maintain engagement trackers.
