Job summary

Evlos in Malaysia is seeking a PLC Programmer to design, program, and maintain PLC-based control systems for manufacturing automation projects. You will join an AI startup environment focused on machine vision and automation.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of PLC experience, strong ladder logic skills, and the ability to work with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, and Omron systems. Hybrid work and performance-based bonus offered.

Qualifications

3–4 years of PLC programming experience in automation.
Strong understanding of industrial automation and control panel design.
Familiarity with SCADA and HMI development.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and implement PLC programs for automated machinery and control systems.
Develop control logic and automation programs based on customer specifications and project requirements.
Configure and integrate PLCs, HMIs, sensors, actuators, and other components for seamless operation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PLC with vision inspection and other automation.
Perform hardware/software setup, wiring, I/O testing, debugging, and commissioning.
Troubleshoot and resolve PLC/automation issues to ensure reliable operation.
Support installation, testing, commissioning, and deployment at customer sites.
Optimize PLC programs to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Develop documentation including PLC code, schematics, I/O lists, and procedures.
Maintain version control and assist with customer demonstrations.
