Job summary

You will ensure readiness, quality, and reliability through platform setup, maintenance, rework, BKC deployments, and triage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 1–3 years hands-on hardware experience.
• Knowledge of SoC platform architectures, BKC ingredients, and hardware setup.
• Basic scripting or programming for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Experience with system-level hardware and firmware environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform platform setup and configuration to support validation readiness and testing activities.
• Execute platform maintenance to keep systems operational and available for engineering use.
• Perform hardware rework including component replacement and board-level updates.
• Support BKC deployments, updates, and validation readiness across hardware/software environments.
• Conduct platform failure triage by identifying, isolating, and escalating hardware and system issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support readiness, issue tracking, and resolution workflows.
• Manage platform inventory, hardware assets, and lab resources for efficient use.
• Drive continuous improvement in platform management and maintenance procedures.
• Work with hardware lab equipment and tools to support bring-up and investigation activities.
