Lead the design, development, and delivery of front-end applications supporting customer, agent, and internal digital platforms in an insurance environment. Ensure high-quality, scalable, and user-centric digital solutions aligned with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer experience expectations.
Define and drive front-end architecture, frameworks, and standards across all digital platforms (customer portals, agent portals, mobile/web apps).
Ensure consistency in UI/UX, performance, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility.
Champion modern front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React, micro frontends).
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of front-end developers and UI engineers.
Set development standards, coding practices, and design guidelines.
Build team capabilities in modern UI frameworks, accessibility, and performance optimization.
Drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
Work closely with backend teams (.NET, APIs, middleware) to ensure smooth integration.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design into functional applications.
Manage vendors and external partners for front-end delivery, if applicable.
Ensure front-end solutions comply with: Data protection regulations (e.g., PDPA), Insurance regulatory requirements, Security best practices (e.g., OWASP)
