Job summary

The ams OSRAM Group is seeking a Technician, Equipment Engineering (Plasma) to support plasma/thermal tools at our Kulim facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, handle wafer recovery on alarms, and contribute to tool troubleshooting and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include performing routine tasks in 5S areas, withdrawing parts from stores, and assisting sub-FAB activities such as pump status checks and pump installation.

Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance of plasma/thermal tools is preferred.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot tool alarms.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled/unscheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on plasma/thermal tools.
• Perform wafer recovery procedure when tools have alarms.
• Perform tool troubleshooting on tool alarm events and carry out corrective action plans.
• Perform routine 5S tasks in plasma/thermal working areas.
• Withdraw and collect parts from store.
• Support sub-FAB activities related to plasma tools (pump status checking and pump installation).
