Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience is preferred for this position.
• Willing to work on shift, 6 days a week and weekends.
• Must be on standby in the event of plant breakdown.
• Meticulous and organized.
• Able to communicate with all levels of employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of production plant.
• Plan maintenance and servicing schedule for plant equipment / machineries.
• Ensure sufficient spare parts stock are available and liaise with suppliers for spare parts purchases as and when required.
• Prepare daily, monthly and yearly report on production output.
• Oversee maintenance of raw material and product quality.
• Prepare off-spec for palm kernel quality summary and ensure supplier compliance to required specifications.
• Participate in GMP, ISO and MSPO certification processes.
• Prepare documentation of production and lab operations for audit purpose.
• Manage Schedule Waste at the mill.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Managers / Directors.
