Job summary

BIZLINK INTERCONNECT TECHNOLOGY ( INDIA ) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee the guard force, ensure compliance with site SOPs, and manage access control and loss prevention across the facility in Penang, Malaysia.

The role requires 5 years of manufacturing security experience and a degree in Security Management or related field. Preference for ex-armed forces personnel; knowledge of TAPA/CTPAT/ISO 27001 is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Degree in Security Management, Safety & Health sciences, or engineering studies.
• Preferred ex-armed forces personnel.
• Knowledge of TAPA, CTPAT, and ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily execution of the guard force and ensure adherence to SOPs, post orders and uniforms.
• Conduct daily briefings/roll calls with shift guards on risks, VIP visits, and operational changes.
• Perform daily checks on guard posts to ensure vigilance and compliance.
• Administer access control: issue visitor passes, badges, and revoke access for terminated personnel.
• Execute loss prevention audits on shipping manifests, scrap bins, and high-value inventory cages.
• Perform health checks on CCTV and access control systems and report issues.
• Review CCTV footage for evidence in safety incidents or HR disputes.
• Collaborate with EHS and HR to align security policies with plant safety goals.
• Compile daily security shift logs into a daily activity report highlighting anomalies.
