PeopleLAKE Group is seeking a Plant Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight for two factories in Penang, Malaysia and Taiwan. The role emphasizes efficiency, on-time delivery, cost optimization, and developing high-performing teams in a multinational setting.

The successful candidate will lead production, supply chain, logistics, and technology development, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in production/plant management, with 5+ years at senior level.
• Proven leadership in manufacturing operations, supply chain, and logistics.
• Experience in continuous improvement, Lean, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production operations, supply chain, logistics, and technology development across two factories.
• Drive continuous improvement using Toolbox and Lean Manufacturing methods.
• Oversee manufacturing efficiency, cost structure, lead times, and asset utilization.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, quality management systems, and customer requirements.
• Develop and mentor operations staff, fostering a safe, productive, and collaborative culture.
• Monitor and report on budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and capital expenditures.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Facilities, HR, Finance, Sales).
