Job summary

RGE in Malaysia invites engineers to join our plant initiative team. You will drive project execution, coordinate products, materials and actions to support plant performance and sustainability.

The role requires a degree in a related field, 1–2 years of experience being advantageous, and willingness to relocate to the job location. Join us to contribute to efficient operations and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Execute project work activities according to the Quality & Environmental Management System and Safety & Health regulations (e.g., firefighting routines and hygiene guidelines).
• Secure right of knowledge transfer to the organization in relation to the project/initiative.
• Responsible for ensuring standards (machine handbook) are up to date; update standards for new line, equipment, and material; track usage and consumption linked to FWOC.

Responsibilities:

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• To execute project work activities according to the Quality & Environmental Management System and Safety & Health regulations e.g., firefighting routines and hygiene guidelines.
• To secure right of knowledge transfer to the organization in relationship with the project / initiative.
• To responsible ensuring standards (machine handbook) are up to date, work with Process Engineer to update standards for new line, equipment, and material. Tracking standard which links to FWOC as material usage and consumption.
• To responsible for machine FWOC, perform necessary audit on material usage / consumption and prioritize analysis on machine financial waste.

Skills and qualifications

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in the related job field.
• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
