Job summary

Kaifa Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee plant and utilities equipment and the industrial building, ensuring minimum downtime and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance technicians, administering training, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with Manufacturing, Engineering support and OEM suppliers to ensure 100% availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in facilities maintenance & operation.
• Effective management, planning and organizing skills for capacity and capability planning.
• Manpower and resource planning, training and control.
• Experience with maintenance service contracts and PM schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant and utilities equipment maintenance to meet downtime targets.
• Supervise technical personnel and ensure proper operation of plant equipment.
• Administer training programs for proper operation and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering support and OEM suppliers on resource availability and performance.
• Ensure 100% plant and utilities availability round-the-clock.
