Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, automotive, industrial engineering or related field.
• 8 years of relevant experience in automotive manufacturing, with at least 5 years in leadership/people management.
• Proven track record in leading manufacturing operations and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level administrative and technical leadership for engineers and technicians.
• Review feasibility of proposed solutions and ensure alignment with dept. and company goals.
• Lead NPIs and program launches from C-stage to SOP and post-launch.
• Manage budgeting and capital allocation related to plant and equipment enhancements.
• Drive continuous improvement and establish project milestones, KPIs and resource plans.
