Job summary

KLK Land Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive assistant to support the Planning and Project team in coordinating civil engineering and development projects in Malaysia.

You will help with project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, documentation, and reviewing drawings while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal departments. Site visits may be required to monitor progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and project team in coordinating civil engineering and development projects.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Prepare and update project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Assist in reviewing drawings, plans, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments on project-related matters.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress when required.
