You will collaborate with Customer Service and Production Planning, control inventory across locations, update forecasts in SAP, and place vendor POs for VAA parts. Diploma or degree and 1–2 years relevant experience required.

• Coordinate with Customer Service and Production Planning to issue expedite lists.
• Control inventory levels and transfer stocks between locations as needed.
• Update all forecast requests (PIR) in the SAP system.
• Place PO to vendor for VAA parts.

To ensure production loading is performed in a systematic way via the SAP System

Tp ensure loading to production planner by using SAP in order to meet customer delivery schedules maximum production capacity to meet customers delivery schedules

To work closely with Customer Service and production Planning Team to issue expedite list and make sure the goods deliver on time

To control the inventory level, and flexible to transfers the stocks in each locations

To update all the forecast request (PIR) in SAP system

To place PO to vendor for VAA parts

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma / Degree holder and Basic knowledge in SAP system

(Equivalent related experience may be substituted for educational requirement)

WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
