Job summary

Turner & Townsend SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a seasoned Programme Manager to shape and deliver large-scale programmes across real estate, infrastructure and financial projects.

You will lead multi-workstream initiatives, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure delivery against scope, timelines, budgets and benefits. This role requires 12+ years’ experience, professional certifications, and strong governance, analytical and communication skills to drive successful outcomes in Malaysia's

Qualifications

• Degree in project management or equivalent field.
• 12+ years delivering large, complex programmes; financial institutions experience preferred.
• Proven track record managing multi-workstream initiatives and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving capabilities.
• Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) advantageous.
• Strong programme and project management expertise.
• Good financial and commercial awareness.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong influencing skills with credibility at senior levels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programme delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and benefits are achieved.
• Monitor programme performance through defined metrics and reporting.
• Facilitate governance forums and enable clear, timely communication of progress and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and delivery discipline.
