Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a frontline team member for our Seberang Perai outlet. You will prepare pizzas and food to company standards, take customer orders, and deliver friendly service while keeping the kitchen and outlet clean and hygienic.

You will handle cashier transactions when required, assist with stock checks, and follow food safety and company procedures. Fresh graduates are welcome; weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with no F&B experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas & food according to company standards.
• Take customer orders & provide friendly customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene of the kitchen and outlet.
• Handle cashier & payment transactions when required.
• Assist with stock receiving, storage & inventory checking.
• Follow food safety, workplace safety & company procedures.
• Perform other duties related to daily outlet operations.
