Job summary

MasterCare Physiotherapy Sdn Bhd in Kulim, Kedah is seeking a committed physiotherapist to join our team. You will assess, develop, and deliver evidence-based treatment plans for musculoskeletal, neurological, or sports-related conditions, and manage patients independently.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a minimum of 3 years of experience is preferable. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required, with Mandarin as a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Physiotherapist is preferable.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Spoken fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a strong advantage).
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation and physiotherapy practices.
• A team player who is energetic, responsible, and willing to take on challenges.
• Passionate about making a difference in patient care.

Your Role

As a Physiotherapist at MasterCare, you will:

• Assess & Develop Treatment Plans: Tailor individual treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique needs. Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and physical examinations for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, or sports-related conditions.
• Hands-On Therapy: Provide exceptional hands-on physiotherapy services and manage patients independently. Formulate personalized, evidence-based treatment plans (manual therapy, electrotherapy, exercise rehabilitation, and patient education)
• Maintain Confidential Records: Ensure all patient records and documents are accurately maintained and kept confidential.
• Communicate Effectively: Deliver excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Physiotherapist is preferable
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Spoken fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Conversational proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage, as the role involves treating a high volume of non-English and non-Malay speaking patients in the local community)
