Job summary

Golden Heart Care Centre in Alor Setar, Kedah invites a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. This full-time role focuses on assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments and pain through evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve function and quality of life.

Qualifications

  • A recognised degree or diploma in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid registration and licence to practise as a Physiotherapist in Malaysia.
  • Knowledge of assessment techniques, treatment modalities, and rehabilitation protocols.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualised treatment plans.
  • Implementing a range of therapeutic techniques and exercises tailored to patient conditions and rehabilitation goals.
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment protocols based on clinical outcomes and patient feedback.
  • Educating patients on proper techniques, exercises, and self-management strategies to promote recovery and prevent future injuries.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior physiotherapy staff and students when required.
  • Participating in continuing professional development to stay current with best practices in physiotherapy.

Golden Heart Care Centre is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. This is a full-time position based in Alor Setar, Kedah. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide exceptional rehabilitation and therapeutic services to our patients. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments, disabilities, and pain through evidence-based physiotherapy interventions. This role is central to delivering quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our rehabilitation services.
