Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of lesson plans under the teacher's guidance.
• Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
• Support the teacher in maintaining a positive and organized learning environment.
• Help manage student behavior and enforce classroom rules.
• Assist in the preparation of instructional materials and resources.
• Set up and organize educational materials for lessons.
• Assist in grading assignments, quizzes, or exams.
• Provide feedback to students and communicate their progress to the teacher.
• Supervise students during activities including lunch, recess, and field trips.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students in classroom and school settings.
• Communicate with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to address students' needs.
• Assist students in developing language skills.
• Provide support with integrating technology into the classroom.
• Assist with computers, tablets, and educational tech tools.
• Participate in professional development opportunities.
