Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a senior leader to architect and drive a multi-format physical network strategy across Malaysia and regional hubs. The role focuses on modernizing footprints, adopting Meet@HLB concepts, and building automated digital hubs to enhance customer engagement and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years in network strategy or retail banking transformation, strong experience with P&A metrics, CAPEX/OPEX optimization, and a proven track record delivering phygital

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Innovation Management, Spatial Analytics, Digital Transformation, or a heavily quantitative discipline.
10–12 years of progressive experience in Network Strategy, Retail Banking Innovation, Distribution Ecosystem Design, or Business Transformation.
Proven track record leading digital-to-physical (phygital) transformation projects and customer journey design.
Experience managing P&A metrics, financial modeling, CAPEX/OPEX optimization, and ROI tracking in retail.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to architect and drive a multi-format physical network strategy.
Shift portfolio toward next-generation formats to maximize community engagement and optimize unit economics.
Drive financial outcomes and manage P&A tracking for the transformed ecosystem.
Lead cross-functional teams to scale Meet@HLB formats within community and lifestyle hubs.
Re-engineer legacy spaces into lean, automated digital hubs and oversee daily execution.
