Job summary

Radii Global in Petaling Jaya is seeking a PHP backend developer to build clean, scalable web applications and deliver robust solutions during the contract period.

You will work with internal teams, implement RESTful APIs, optimize performance, and contribute to SDLC documentation while adhering to agile or waterfall processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing back-end web applications with PHP.
• Solid understanding of MySQL database design and optimization.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, security, and performance optimization.
• Ability to document technical work throughout the SDLC.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

• Develop, test, and deliver robust web applications


• Collaborate with internal teams to deeply understand project requirements


• Work actively on bug fixing and improving overall application performance during the contract period


• Develop technical documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) for smooth handover


• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies


• Solid understanding of web application architecture, RESTful APIs, web security, and performance optimization practices (e.g., caching, database query optimization)


• Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and attention to detail with good coding practices


• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills, including providing clear status updates


• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work unsupervised and efficiently in a team environment
