Job summary

Mega Kulim Pharmacy Sdn Bhd is an established community pharmacy with over 30 years of experience and more than 50 outlets across the Northern and Central Regions.

We are expanding and seeking friendly, customer‑faced team members to join our Penang operation. You will provide service, handle inquiries, assist with stock, cashier duties, and maintain clean, well‑merchandised outlets.

Full‑time roles with rotation shifts, weekends and public holidays; attractive remuneration and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or Degree with working experience above 1 year (Preferably Diploma in Pharmacy or Degree in Science)
• Candidates without experience are also encouraged to apply
• Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
• Fast learner, responsible, patient, polite and helpful
• Full time employment basis
• Able to work on rotational shift, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain good customer service and relationships
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Recommend suitable products and services to customers
• Assist in stock inventory (ordering and receiving)
• Replenish and arrange goods into the shelves to ensure well and organized display
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and good standard in visual merchandising
• Able to perform operating works such as cashier, system transfer in and out of stock, price tagging and checking the product expiry date
• Perform additional tasks as and when required
• Organised personalities and able to perform multi-tasks
