Job summary

CARiNG Pharmacy is seeking staff in Malaysia to assist customers, provide product information, and guide selections. You will ensure visible, compliant product displays and help with FEFO/FIFO stock practices.

You will handle incoming goods, stock control, and customer inquiries while maintaining accurate cash handling and promoting promotions. Opportunities for career advancement are available.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers, providing product information and advising on selections.
• Ensure product visibility and proper display, implement FEFO and FIFO for stock management.
• Receive incoming goods, store deliveries and assist in stock control.
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer issues to the pharmacy team as needed.
• Attach price tags, stay updated on promotions, and create appealing displays.
• Process cash and card payments accurately and balance the cash register with receipts.
