  • Manage and develop strong business relationships with key pharmacy chain accounts.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and marketing activities.
  • Negotiate trading terms, promotions, and product listings with pharmacy buyers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for trade and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis.
  • Ensure timely execution of merchandising and in-store activities.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in key account management or pharmacy/healthcare sales.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Able to work independently, result-oriented, and willing to travel when required.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an added advantage.

  • Manage and develop strong business relationships with key pharmacy chain accounts (e.g., Watsons, Guardian, Caring, AEON Wellness, and independent pharmacies).
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and marketing activities within assigned key accounts.
  • Negotiate trading terms, promotions, and product listings with pharmacy buyers and category managers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective trade and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis for management review.
  • Ensure timely execution of merchandising, product displays, and in-store activities.
