Job summary

Health Lane Family Pharmacy is seeking a friendly and reliable pharmacy assistant to join our growing chain with over 30 years of experience and more than 250 outlets.

In this role you will provide customer service, handle cashiering, assist in merchandising, maintain stock levels, keep the outlet clean and well organized, and support administration tasks. Fresh graduates are welcome; related experience is a plus. Rotational shifts and opportunities for promotion are offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide good customer service to customers.
• Interact with customers, answer customer enquiry and build relationships.
• Cashiering–processing cash and card payments.
• Assist in merchandising product and always maintain complete stock level.
• Maintain a pleasant shopping environment in outlet by creating a clean, tidy, and well organized display.
• Handle in administration work and any other ad hoc tasks from time to time.
