Job summary

Health Lane Family Pharmacy is a growing chain with more than 30 years of experience and over 250 outlets across Klang Valley and other regions. We are seeking a friendly Pharmacy Assistant to deliver excellent customer service, assist with cashiering, merchandising, and stock management in a busy retail environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with related experience will be advantageous. The role offers rotational shifts, benefits, and opportunities for promotion.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to enquiries.
• Operate cashiering, process cash and card payments.
• Assist in merchandising and maintain stock levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized outlet display and environment.
• Handle administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required.

Job description

Provide good customers service to customers

Willing to interacts with customer, answer customer enquiry and build relationship

Cashiering-being responsible for processing cash and card payments

Assist in merchandising product and always maintain complete stock level

Maintain a pleasant shopping environment in outlet by creating a clean, tidy, and well organized display

Handle in administration work and any other ad hoc tasks from time to time.
