Job summary

Health Lane Family Pharmacy SDN BHD in Shah Alam is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to join our team. You will interact with customers, answer enquiries, and contribute to building strong relationships while ensuring smooth cashiering and stock management.

You will assist in merchandising, maintain a clean and organized store, support administration tasks, and participate in the training and development programs offered to staff.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Candidate with related experience will be advantageous.

• Provide good customer service to customers.
• Interact with customers, answer enquiries and build relationships.
• Cashiering - processing cash and card payments.
• Assist in merchandising products and maintain stock levels.
• Maintain a pleasant shopping environment with clean, tidy, and organized displays.
• Handle administration tasks and other ad hoc duties as needed.

Job description

Provide good customers service to customers

Cashiering-being responsible for processing cash and card payments

Assist in merchandising product and always maintain complete stock level

Maintain a pleasant shopping environment in outlet by creating a clean, tidy, and well organized display

Handle in administration work and any other ad hoc tasks from time to time.
