Job summary

BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a customer-focused team member to assist customers, provide product information, and help them find items. You will ensure attractive product displays and apply FEFO/FIFO inventory practices while supporting stock control.

In this training-provided role, you will also handle payments, balance cash registers, and respond to customer inquiries, with clear opportunities for promotion within Malaysia’s growing pharmacy network.

Qualifications

• Duties reflect frontline customer service in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Cash handling and payment processing skills.
• Stock control and inventory visibility practices (FEFO/FIFO).

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers, providing product information, helping them find what they need, and offering advice on product selection.
• Ensure product visibility and proper display, implementing FEFO and FIFO practices for inventory management.
• Receive incoming goods, store deliveries appropriately, and assist in stock control and management.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, referring them to the appropriate pharmacy team member when necessary.
• Attach price tags to products, stay updated on special promotions, and create appealing displays.
• Process cash and card payments accurately and balance the cash register with receipts.
