Health Lane Family Pharmacy, a growing chain with over 30 years of experience and 250 outlets across Malaysia, is hiring for an entry-level role. The candidate will deliver excellent customer service, manage daily store operations, cashiering, and stock, and help customers with product recommendations in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; related experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve company and outlet KPIs & targets.
• Provide excellent and professional customer service.
• Interact with customers to deliver products and complete sales transactions.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Responsible for outlet operations such as cashiering and stock management.
• Recommend and display items matching customer needs.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized display environment.
• Learn product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations.
• Assist with ad hoc duties as required.

Achieve company and outlet KIPs & target

Good customers service – provide excellence and professional service to customers

Interacts with customer in delivering product and completing other sales transactions

Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

Responsible in outlet operation work such as cashiering, stock management etc

Recommend and display items that match customer needs

Maintain a pleasant shopping environment by creating a clean, tidy, and well organized display

To learn on product knowledge to provide more accurate and appropriate recommendations.

Assist in handle any other ad hoc duties from time to time when is required.
