Job summary

Klinik Dr Bazilah in Malaysia is seeking an outlet manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations at the Semenyih branch.

You will ensure high standards of customer service, handle prescriptions and dispensing, manage inventory, sales performance, and staff training, while maintaining strict SOPs and documentation. This hands-on supervisory role requires active involvement in daily activities and strong teamwork within the clinic.

• Entertains customers with the best service, complying to client’s charter and SOP
• Providing advice about health issues, symptoms and medications in response to
• Processing prescriptions and dispensing medication
• Responsible in ensuring excellent inventory level at the pharmacy
