Qualifications

• Diploma or higher education preferred
• Willing to undergo pharmacist assistant training
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with the preparation and dispensing of medications
• Hit monthly sales targets on supplements with commission, OT, EPF and performance bonuses
• Attend training to stay updated on products and procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Answer customer inquiries and provide basic health advice
• Order and stock pharmaceutical supplies
• Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, organized and compliant with safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with patients

WB HEALTH AND BEAUTY SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated and driven Pharmacist Assistant to join our team in Alor Setar Kedah. As a Pharmacist Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring the smooth running of our pharmacy operations. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the healthcare industry.

What you’ll be doing

Assisting pharmacists with the preparation and dispensing of medications

Hit monthly sales target on supplements, hit commission tiers (salary is basic+Commission+OT+ EPF + performance bonus)

Attend training

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Answering customer inquiries and providing basic health advice

Ordering and stocking pharmaceutical supplies

Ensuring the pharmacy environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations

Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with patients

What we’re looking for

Diploma and above, relevant education is preferable

Willing to undergo pharmacist assistant training

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in using computer systems and pharmacy software

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
